Meet Richard

Richard has called Julian home for over 30 years. Originally from Louisiana, he left his home state to help his uncle run the Rongbranch Restaurant and quickly decided to make Julian his new home. As a property owner and landlord in the backcountry, he understands the complexities of buying and selling in this unique area and looks forward to assisting as many people as possible.
 
In addition, Richard is a licensed drone pilot and enjoys adding that visual perspective to the homes he lists. In keeping with Julian Realty’s mission, to be active members of our community, Richard regularly attends the Jess Martin Park committee meetings and is a volunteer for the Country Christmas team.
